No return or exchange on used (worn) jewelry.
If used item is brought for repair, we can send it for repair at the customer’s expenses.
Any return or exchange must be done within 14 days from date of receipt with a return authorization number.
In order to qualify for an exchange or a refund within 14 days of purchased, all items must be returned in their original condition (unworn) with our original tags.
 
When we receive your items, we will refund or issue company credit the amount of the item. Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail to the address given on your original order, notifying you receipt of the item and credit issued.
 
To process a return please use your original order number as your return authorization number. If your order was placed over the phone, please write, “Phone order” on the outside of the box. This is your return authorization number.

Shipping charges are refunded only :

    - If carrier loses package
    - If we ship an incorrect item
    - If product was damaged during shipping. If partial of the items ordered are damaged during shipment, we do not refund initial shipping fees. Please call for further instructions.
Any defective item during shipping/ incorrect merchandise from your order should be reported to us as soon as the package is received and not over 3 business days since date of delivery. If we reship an item in these cases, there will be no second shipping charge.
